This department is responsible for disseminating information by and about the Port of London Authority, including its strategic direction via the Thames Vision, and the wider port to PLA employees, stakeholders, partner organisations, associated industries and the public. ​​​​​​​

They also co-ordinate relations with a variety of stakeholders. They lead on the organisation of internal and external events and oversee PLA representation at conferences and exhibitions.
